BEARUNOFF KENNELS
Karelian Bear Dogs
& Alaskan Bear Dogs
Our Karelians and Alaskan Bear Dogs are hunting dogs that are intelligent, brave, and healthy, and so are their
offspring. They are raised in a healthy Alaskan environment along with
horses and other livestock animals. We keep in contact with all our
previous pup owners so we can document the pups' growth and development.
We want to ensure that we are breeding the very best Karelians and Alaskan
Bear Dogs.

The Owner Susan
Braden and her husband Rollin are avid outdoor enthusiasts and have
lived in Alaska since 1965. We began using Karelian's for bear
protection while horseback riding and for hunting trips in the
backcountry. Our kennel began with Bearunoff, (REL/KBD) a dog that meets our every
outdoor need, is a great family dog and is more than capable of keeping bears at bay. Because
of Bearunoff's incredible loyalty and the demand for bear
protection, Bearunoff Kennels was created. Bearunoff has sired
consistent temperament and highly intelligent bear dogs giving our
kennel the reputation of producing dogs with instinctive alert behavior,
keen sense for blood tracking wounded animals and competent large game
encounter.
